TrainingTimes: Sundays: 10.30am to midday on P4 at the Rugby Club
Hopefully everyone has now registered and are enjoying the new season. I am sure that you are all enjoying the later start, especially the parents who now get a Sunday morning lay-in.
It is good to see that the squad has grown since last season (a rareity), so a warm welcome to all of our new squad members and a hearty welcome back to our veterans!
As we are such a large squad and time is short, it is very important that everyone arrives in good time to begin training (I would suggest 10.15) and that any sillyness is saved for after training. We want everyone to enjoy their rugby, but I am sure that any 'messing about' could result in a number of press & sit-ups. You have been warned!!
Please make sure that every player is equipped appropriately for the conditions and that they have a drink with them. Hoodies should not be warn for training and Dominion trousers should be taken off before contact training begins as they have zips. Most important of all, please please please BRING YOUR GUM SHIELD!!
