Dominion was formed in 2001 as a joint venture between Ben Cooke and Carey Olsen, the largest law firm in the ChannelsIslands. Dominion became independent from Carey Olsen in 2006 allowing the firm to provide a truly independent service to its clients who are largely based in the financial services sector.

We employ over 100 staff in offices located in Jersey, London and Malta. The majority of the senior staff are qualified accountants, tax advisors, lawyers and bankers.

Our core activity is to provide mainly corporate clients with a comprehensive trustee and administration service in the area of employee benefit plans, corporate and personal pension plans.

We are also able to provide private trustee services, in the area of discretionary trusts, pension arrangements and bespoke private trust and company structures.

We currently manage in excess of £4bn in corporate and private wealth planning arrangements.

In addition, through our consultancy arm, we can provide effective UK tax planning and compliance services for private individuals who are resident in the UK as well as compensation planning strategies for privately owned businesses with a presence in the UK.

As part of the solutions we can provide to UK business owners, we can include an offshore employment outsourcing function that can in certain instances be linked to the need to remunerate employees on a tax efficient basis.
