If you are NOT available for selection for TROJAN’S A festival on the of 17th October, (this is a day trip) or if you don’t want your child to travel in general can you let Nicky know all festival dates listed below

Dear Parents & Players
Welcome to the 2010/11 Under 10 squad. Please regularly check our webpage, this will be the primary means of communicating with parents & will detail our training and travel schedule. Any variations to Sunday training, due to weather etc will be posted to the webpage by 6pm on a Saturday evening.
No zips or hoodies - could be dangerous.
Players need to be able to tie their own shoe laces!
Warm clothing, is a must as the weather gets colder, layers or ’skins’ are a very good idea
Clothing that will not tear, so football shirts are not normally strong enough
A parent or responsible adult must be pitch side & the manager must know who is responsible & have a valid contact number
All players must have their photo retaken this season, they will not be able to compete if selected if their photo is not up to date see the membership team in the club house
All players must have a mouth guard
Bring a water bottle to training
No muddy boots clothes or hands in the club house
All players to be pitch side at 8.50 a.m. which allows for a prompt start at 9.00 a.m.
All players will be offered the chance to travel at least once during the season.
Selection for trips will be made by Phil Dennett as the lead coach, following academy guidelines.
We will try to arrange trips which reflect current playing ability. There are A, B and C festivals in the UK.
Any problems please refer to Phil the lead coach and/or Nicky the manager.
General Information
Training Times - Sundays: 8.50 - 10.30 am
We will generally train on pitch 4 the players must register on arrival at P4 & be ready to train at 9am sharp.
PARKING is available at the club, bottom car park of Jersey Bowl and St Peter’s Garden Centre. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE ELSE.

17th October Trojan’s A Festival
22nd October to 24th October - tour to Leicester - including training session with Leicester Tigers coaches & watching the game against Bath.
Sunday 20th Feb 2011 - Havant B (this is half term)
last Sunday March - Teddington C & Horesham A
4th April - Trojan’s B
10th April - Havant A
